Please upload a clear, high-resolution HEAD-ONLY photograph of your pet.
The photograph should clearly show your pet's:
Face • Head • Eyes • Ears • Natural markings
Please do NOT upload full-body photographs or photographs where your pet is small or distant within the image.
The Gold Edition design is specifically created as a beautiful head-and-shoulders composition, so a good-quality close-up photograph is essential for us to achieve the best possible likeness.

If you would like portraits of 2 pets, please purchase 2 portraits by adding the product to your basket twice and uploading the appropriate photographs.

Our artists use digital painting techniques and hand-painted digital brush strokes to create your individual artwork.
📸 Your photograph really matters
We can only create a likeness based on the quality and detail available in the photograph you provide.
For the best possible result, please provide a sharp, well-lit, high-resolution close-up photograph of your pet's head, with the face clearly visible and unobstructed.
Please avoid blurry, heavily filtered, very dark, low-resolution or distant photographs.
The better your photograph, the better we can capture your pet's individual character and likeness.
🕒 Turnaround
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your bespoke Gold Edition portrait to be created.
If your portrait is required for a birthday, anniversary or another special occasion, please clearly tell us when ordering. We will always endeavour to work towards your required date where possible.
Please note that date requests may not always be possible during particularly busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and other major gifting occasions.
